About Me
I’m a pediatric occupational therapist for 10 years and a proud mother of one son. I have a passion for helping people connect the dots to their own sensory preferences and how they can promote their own self care for themselves and their family. I have experienced first hand how my physical health, focus, and self-compassion have been transformed primarily through understanding exploring my sensory health and my journey in my meditation practice. It has helped me overcome a very difficult battle with a chronic health condition. It has also allowed me the space to be a more patient person, mainly with myself, which has now spilled over into other areas of my life. Beyond this, I’ve always had a special interest in health and wellness, which I believe is the foundation for pursuing your dreams, passions, and literally anything you want in life. My favorite mantra is “anything is possible” – and helping people to realize this deeply for themselves is my utmost mission.
